Who is responsible for your data
WOMEN-CARE S.R.L, IDNO 1025600050133, operates womencare.md under the Women Care brand and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email women.care.md@gmail.com or call +37369536835.
Data we collect
When you submit an order request, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, locality, delivery address, quantity, contact preference, and any notes you choose to add. We also keep the request language, confirmation that you accepted the terms, your marketing choice, and technical request and order identifiers.
When you use the website, we may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, anti-abuse check results, and language, cookie, and consent preferences. If you contact us, we process your message and the details needed to reply.
Purposes and legal bases
We use order data to take steps before entering into a contract, confirm the product, price, and delivery, perform the contract, and handle questions, returns, or complaints. We also process data to comply with legal obligations, secure the website, prevent abuse, and establish, exercise, or defend our legitimate rights.
Audience analytics and campaign measurement are based only on your consent. We send news and offers only if you separately choose to receive them. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Required and optional data
Fields marked as required are needed to verify and deliver an order; without them, we cannot process the request. Email, delivery notes, and marketing consent are optional. We do not ask for health data, and please do not place intimate, medical, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for delivery in the notes field.
Who may receive data
Access is limited to authorized team members and providers needed to run the service: web hosting and security, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse checks, a private chat app used to manage requests, and the courier selected for delivery. The courier receives only the details needed to hand over the parcel.
If you consent to the relevant categories, analytics or advertising providers may receive technical data. We may provide data to professional advisers or authorities when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. We do not sell personal data.
Processing in other countries
Some infrastructure, messaging, analytics, or advertising providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova. In those cases, we select appropriate providers and contractual safeguards and transfer data only as permitted by applicable data protection law. You may ask for more information about the safeguards through the contact details above.
How long we keep data
Requests that do not become orders are deleted or anonymized, as a rule, no later than 90 days after the last communication. For confirmed orders, we keep data as long as needed for delivery, support, returns, dispute resolution, and the periods required by accounting, tax, or consumer law.
Evidence of marketing consent is kept until withdrawal and for as long as needed to demonstrate that we respected your choice. Browser preferences remain until you change or delete them, and technical security logs are retained for limited periods based on risk and provider configuration.
Security and automated decisions
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including limited access, secure connections, request validation, and anti-abuse protection. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we assess incidents and comply with applicable notification duties.
We do not use order-form data for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated anti-abuse checks may temporarily reject a suspicious request; you may contact us directly if the check does not work.
Your rights
To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request information and access, correction or updating, deletion, blocking or restriction, and data portability, and you may object to certain processing. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise a right, email women.care.md@gmail.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and will respond within the period set by law. If you believe your rights were infringed, you may complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection or apply to the competent court.
Third-party services and updates
The website may display embedded Instagram content. When that content loads, the provider may receive your IP address, browser information, and other data under its own privacy policy, even if you do not have an account or are not signed in.
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. We will publish the new version on this page and change the version date; for material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
