These terms govern the use of womencare.md and order requests for Women Care products delivered in the Republic of Moldova.

About us and these terms
womencare.md is operated under the Women Care brand by WOMEN-CARE S.R.L, IDNO 1025600050133. You can contact us at women.care.md@gmail.com, +37369536835, or through the public channels listed on the website. These terms apply to visitors and consumers who submit requests for personal use outside a business or professional activity.
By checking acceptance of the terms and submitting a request, you confirm that you have the necessary legal capacity and that the information you provide is accurate. The Privacy Policy separately explains how we use your data.
Product and availability
The current offer is one Women Care box containing 10 pads for 120 MDL. The features, directions, and warnings on the packaging form part of the product information. The products are for personal hygiene and do not replace medical advice or care.
Availability may vary. We present photographs as faithfully as possible, but screen and packaging colors may differ slightly; those differences do not reduce your statutory rights regarding product conformity.
How an order is formed
The form submits a request, not an accepted order or payment. A reference number only confirms that the system delivered the request. The team contacts you to confirm availability, quantity, total product price, delivery cost and timing, payment method, and contact details.
A contract is formed only after Women Care confirms the essential terms and you accept them. Until then, you may withdraw the request at no cost. We may decline a request if the product is unavailable, details are incomplete or clearly incorrect, or there are reasonable signs of fraud or abuse.
Price, delivery, and payment
The product price shown in MDL is the total consumer price for the product, including applicable taxes. Delivery is free in Chișinău. Elsewhere in the Republic of Moldova it is not included in the 120 MDL price and is quoted before you accept the order, based on the locality and courier.
There is no online payment on the website, and we do not request card details. The payment method and timing are confirmed with the other conditions before the contract is formed. Full delivery details are published on the “Delivery information” page.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide an accurate name, phone number, locality, and delivery address, check the confirmed terms, and promptly notify us if anything changes. You are responsible for being reachable and arranging receipt of the parcel at the agreed place.
Do not use the website for false requests, unlawful activity, unauthorized-access attempts, service disruption, or unauthorized commercial copying of its content.
Cancellation, returns, and conformity
Before the order is confirmed, you may cancel the request by message or phone. After the contract is formed, the statutory withdrawal right and the exception for sealed hygiene goods unsealed after delivery apply as described on the “Returns and refunds” page.
Your rights for damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products are not limited by these terms, the returns policy, or expiry of the withdrawal period. Please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, graphics, brand, and website structure belong to Women Care or are used with permission and are protected by law. You may view them and retain copies strictly for personal use; you may not republish, modify, sell, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms, and Women Care does not control their availability or content.
Website operation and liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the website available, but maintenance, interruptions, or technical errors may occur. We may correct an obvious error before confirming an order and will tell you if the correction changes your request.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events reasonably outside our control, but we will seek to limit the impact and keep you informed.
Governing law, complaints, and changes
These terms and consumer contracts are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. For a problem, email women.care.md@gmail.com or call +37369536835 so we can try to resolve it directly. You may apply to the competent consumer protection authority or courts; mandatory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
We may change these terms for the future. The version applicable to an order is the version presented when the request is submitted and confirmed, except for changes required by law or agreed by both parties.
